The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend data pipelines and ETL solutions. This role focuses on building scalable and reliable data processing using ETL(Sap bods/Rule Point), SQL, and AWS, Snowflake, Datawarehouse (DBT) supporting analytics and downstream applications. The engineer contributes across the development lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment,



and ongoing support.

What you will do:
- Lead the design and development of significant software features or projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Design, build and maintain backend data workflows using Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, ETL tools like (SAP bods/Rule Points),AWS/Snowflake for backend development and data processing tasks.
- Develop and optimize data processing solutions on AWS/Snowflake
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including version control GitHub, Central repository, and Jenkins automated testing.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product owners, and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks.
