Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end merchandising for high-fashion apparel lines—from concept approval to final production, ensuring alignment with designer vision and retail buyer expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships across premium fabric houses, sample rooms, and factories, negotiating quality, cost, and timelines for luxury collections.
- Oversee technical packs, fit sessions, and production sampling to guarantee precision in silhouette, fabric drape, stitching, and finishing for high-fashion garments.




- Coordinate with international buyers, designers, and QA teams to resolve technical deviations, ensure compliance, and maintain brand integrity across seasons.
- Monitor production milestones, conduct factory audits, and enforce quality control protocols to meet luxury standards for global retail.
- Forecast resource needs, manage costing sheets, and deliver accurate margin analysis to support sourcing decisions for high-end fashion lines.
