Job Responsibility: -
-Must have knowledge of Installation /repair of Mixer cum Grinder, Water purifier, Iron,
Fan & Small home Appliances.
-To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and
efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the students about
training objective.
-Review training content & timely upgrade
-Motivated the students for placement.
-Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework.
-Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested.
-Monitor class attendance.
-Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches.
Skills & Experience: -
-Graduate / Diploma with at least 1 years of relevant experience in the mentioned position
/ Role.
-Basic knowledge on computer is desirable.
-Candidates from Kharagpur, Midnapore and surrounding areas will be preferred.
