Role & responsibilities

* Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

* Analyze client requirements and identify the right candidates for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time positions.

* Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.

* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback.

* Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and joining timelines with candidates.

* Work extensively on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements while ensuring compliance with client guidelines.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.

* Maintain candidate information, interview status, and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).





* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

* Ensure timely submissions with high-quality profiles to meet client expectations.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and performance metrics.

* Stay updated with the latest US IT technologies, hiring trends, and staffing best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the US Staffing recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
- Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
