We are looking for a responsible, structured and people-oriented HR professional who can help us build strong HR systems, improve employee experience and support our growing office and field operations.
Role Overview
The HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, training coordination, employee engagement, culture-building, policy implementation,
compliance support and employee grievance handling.
This role is suitable for someone who can bring structure, discipline and professionalism to a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Prepare and post job descriptions for office and field roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, references, WhatsApp groups and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads, sales managers, GM/VP and management.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions and joining dates.
2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Manage complete joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Prepare appointment letters and joining documentation.
- Explain company policies, salary structure, leave rules and reporting structure.
