Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations, Payroll & Administration Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and experience letters.
- Track employee attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policies.




- Coordinate with department heads for HR operational requirements.

Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries promptly.

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.
- Coordinate statutory filings and maintain compliance records.
- Assist during statutory and payroll audits.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
