Job Description
M&J; Group entered into manufacturing activities in 1963 by establishing a flour milling company. The business horizon was expanded in 1989 when the garment manufacturing factory was opened. Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in daily washing production activities.
- Monitor Wet processes such as Desizing, Enzyme Wash, Stone Wash, Bleach Wash, Tinting, Ozone, Acid Wash and Softener applications.
- Monitor Dry processes such as Whisker, Brushing, Laser, Spray, Grinding, Tagging and special Process.
- Ensure washing recipes and process parameters are followed correctly.
- Support cost-saving initiatives related to chemicals, water, steam, and electricity.




- Collect production data and prepare reports.
- Conduct capacity study, time studies, Production Study and analyze process bottlenecks.
- Support productivity improvement and capacity enhancement projects.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities.
- Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/Oracle systems.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, & Planning.
- Communicate production status and issues to supervisors.

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: B.Sc. in IPE / Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
