Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to manage the complete employee life cycle with a robust focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for non-IT roles and should be capable of independently handling recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Ensure smooth joining and induction of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation




- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Verify employee documents and maintain personal files.
- Coordinate employee ID creation and onboarding process.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Assist in statutory compliance documentation.
- Support employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final documentation.

Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and training programs.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee life cycle.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals.
