We're looking for our first Marketing Specialist at Maini Labs.

Maini Labs is building AI that makes automation simple enough for anyone. Our goal is to replace weeks of manual agency work with software that anyone can use in minutes.

We're still early, which means you'll have the opportunity to help shape the brand from the ground up—not just run campaigns after everything is built.

This isn't a traditional job.

We're looking for someone who enjoys startups, likes experimenting with ideas, and wants to help build something meaningful from day one.

You'll work on:
- Growing the Maini Labs brand
- Creating content and marketing campaigns
- Building our online presence
- Finding creative ways to reach customers
- Working directly with the founder on growth

What we're looking for:




- Creative thinker with strong communication skills
- Interest in startups, technology, and AI
- Self-driven and willing to experiment
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Excited about building, not just maintaining

Compensation

This is an
early-stage, part-time, equity-based chance
. Instead of a salary, you'll receive
1.5% equity
and become one of the first people helping build Maini Labs.
