Role Description
The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at HIBISCUS HOTEL in Noida. This role oversees day-to-day sales activities, including managing a sales team, monitoring targets, and ensuring effective follow-up with existing and potential clients. The Sales Supervisor coordinates with front office, reservations, and operations teams to optimize room sales, group bookings, and corporate accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, preparing reports, conducting regular team briefings, and providing training to improve performance. The role also involves handling key customer interactions,



addressing service issues related to sales, and supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue.

Qualifications
