We are a growing plastic extrusion manufacturing company specializing in high-quality TPU tubing for industrial applications. We are looking for a dedicated operator to run and manage our PLC-based extrusion line.

? Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines (PLC-based)

2. Set and control temperature zones, screw speed, and haul-off speed

3. Maintain consistent OD/ID and product quality

4. Perform die setting, calibration, and size adjustments

Troubleshoot issues like:

1. Diameter variation

2. Surface defects

3. Air bubbles / burn marks

4. Ensure proper raw material handling (PVC/TPU)

5. Maintain production logs and basic machine records

6. Follow safety and maintenance procedures

✅ Requirements:

1. Experience in plastic extrusion / injection / blow moulding

2. Basic understanding of PLC/HMI panels

3. Knowledge of plastic materials (PVC, TPU preferred)

4. Ability to handle continuous production process

5. ITI (Plastic Processing) / CIPET candidates preferred
