Role Description
The Generative AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI models that power SuuSri’s conversational receptionist platform. This full-time, in office role in Bhubaneswar involves developing and fine-tuning large language models, implementing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and integrating model outputs into production systems. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design,



and engineering teams to improve response quality, lead qualification flows, and appointment booking logic. Daily responsibilities include experimenting with model architectures and prompts, analyzing performance metrics, addressing edge cases, and ensuring that the platform is reliable, scalable, and secure. The role also requires maintaining documentation, participating in code reviews, and staying current with advances in generative AI.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Python, modern ML frameworks (such as PyTorch or TensorFlow), and experience working with large language models and generative AI.
