Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled VMC 5-Axis Programmer (Engineer) with robust hands-on experience in Siemens NX CAM software. The ideal candidate should have practical expertise in 3-axis and 5-axis machining, capable of independently handling complex components, process planning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs for VMC 3-axis and 5-axis machines using NX CAM
- Execute advanced 5-axis machining strategies for complex components
- Perform process planning, tool selection, and operation sequencing independently
- Optimize cycle time while ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy
- Handle machining of precision components with hands-on involvement




- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor
- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications
- Support prove-out, first-off approval, and smooth production ramp-up

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Siemens NX CAM programming
- Hands-on experience in VMC 5-axis machining
- Good understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and machining processes
- Experience in fixture design, tooling, and cutting parameters
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
