We are seeking an experienced Head Purchase to lead procurement operations, vendor management, contract negotiations, inventory planning, and cost optimization. The role involves ensuring timely procurement, maintaining robust supplier relationships, and driving efficient purchasing processes while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee end-to-end purchase order processing and timely material procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and SKU management across locations.
- Ensure accurate purchase records, vendor reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle purchase contracts, renewals, debit/credit notes, journal entries,



and TDS/TCS reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, inventory, and procurement planning.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality and timely deliveries.
- Lead and mentor the purchase team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 25 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement, inventory control, contract management, ERP/MS Excel, and cost optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
