Clinic Living Plus (CLP) is a premium healthcare and longevity clinic focused on preventive healthcare, disease reversal, and evidence-informed wellness solutions. Our multidisciplinary team provides personalized health programs through innovative therapies and a patient-centric approach.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive conversions for our premium healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.
- Follow up with inbound enquiries and consultation requests.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with prospective clients.
- Handle client objections regarding pricing, commitment, and treatment options professionally.
- Build trust and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with doctors, health coaches, and the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.




- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, or premium service sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience managing a sales team is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹50,000 Fixed Salary per month
