We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to lead financial reporting, audit management, compliance, and financial governance activities. The role requires robust expertise in management reporting, statutory financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, and business partnering within a large corporate or multinational organization. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening control frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Controllership
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Oversee General Ledger management, journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and balance sheet substantiation.
- Develop and present management reports, financial dashboards,



KPI scorecards, and executive MIS for senior leadership.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights to management.

Audit Management & Internal Controls
- Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
- Act as the primary liaison with auditors, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
- Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and monitor adherence to company policies and governance frameworks.
- Track audit findings, remediation plans, and control improvement initiatives.
- Ensure readiness for audits through robust documentation, process reviews, and compliance monitoring.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
