About the Role

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to support our digital marketing initiatives. You will gradually learn to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, assist with paid advertising campaigns, and contribute to the company's overall marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, a great communicator, highly organized, and excited to learn new marketing tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X,



and other platforms.
- Learn to create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Help maintain website content and blogs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Assist with branding, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing activities.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other marketing platforms to improve content creation and productivity.
