About the role

We're hiring someone who has worked on real production AI systems, not just API integrations or demos.

You should have hands-on experience with at least a few of the following:

● Production LLM systems used by real users or internal teams

● Multimodal pipelines across text, image, video, and audio

● Evaluation pipelines for AI outputs, especially subjective outputs like video quality,

consistency, character identity, motion, and prompt adherence





● Hosting, serving, or fine-tuning custom/open-source models

● Inference infrastructure, GPU deployment, batching, queues, retries, monitoring, and cost control

● Video systems at scale, including generation, processing, storage, rendering, delivery, or review workflows

● Model orchestration across multiple APIs or self-hosted models

● Backend systems that can handle messy, unreliable model behavior in production

● Published research, open-source contributions, or significant work in areas such as multimodal AI, generative video, LLMs, diffusion models, or related fields would be a strong plus.

We need someone who can build the AI production stack underneath high-quality video

creation: model routing, evaluation, retries, human review, consistency checks, cost tracking,

and scalable infrastructure.
