• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities
• Maintain candidate records and reports
• Assist with employer branding and hiring events
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (completed/final year) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Basic knowledge of job portals/ATS is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
