Key Responsibilities
- *Manage and maintain the hospital store’s daily operations.*
- *Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical and non-medical supplies.*
- *Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory.*
- *Maintain accurate stock records in the system and conduct periodic stock verification.*
- *Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions as required.*
- *Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely procurement.*
- *Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.*
- *Prevent stock discrepancies through regular audits and control measures.*
- *Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management.*
- *Requirements Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field.*
- *Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or inventory management,



preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.*
- *Strong knowledge of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.*
- *Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.*
- *Excellent communication and organizational skills.*
- *Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.*
