Job Summary
The Talent Outreach Manager accelerates NetApp’s early‑in‑career hiring strategy by building high‑impact partnerships with top universities and non‑traditional talent sources. In this highly visible role, you serve as a NetApp ambassador—designing data‑driven outreach strategies, leveraging AI‑enabled tools,



and delivering programs that strengthen our brand and build diverse candidate pipelines across internships and full‑time early in career roles.

Job Requirements
- Own relationships with career centres, faculty, student organisations, and key campus stakeholders across partner schools in India and APAC
- Develop and execute university recruiting strategies informed by market insight, AI-enabled sourcing, competitive benchmarking, and school performance data
- Build diverse early-in-career pipelines by designing outreach that engages women, underrepresented talent, and high-potential students earlier in their academic journey
- Plan and deliver high-impact campus and virtual events, including career fairs, tech talks, club engagements, interviews, and student programmes
- Create and maintain school scorecards, dashboards, ROI analyses, and brand sentiment insights to continuously refine partnership strategy
