TheUSISourcingAnalyst willbepartofaninternalsourcingteamthatdeliversdirectsourcingcapability for onshore stakeholders.

Workyou’ll do
Asapart oftheteam,youwill be:
- Partofaninternalsourcingteamthatdeliversdirectsourcingcapabilityforonshore stakeholders.
- Identifyfuturehiringneedsandproactivelydevelopanetworkofpotentialcandidatesandindustry professionals for regularly occurring Deloitte roles
- Focusedonidentifying,attractingandsourcingappropriatecandidatesforliveroleswithinonshoreand creating Talent pools anticipating future demands
- Utilisedirectsourcingchannelsincludingadvertising,socialmedia,jobboardsandmediachannelstosource both active and passive candidates with highly desirable skills sets to meet business demand, reducing dependency on 3rd party agencies and their associated costs
- CollaboratewithSourcing/Recruitmentmanagerstounderstandrole requirements




- Interactwithprofessionalsonnicheplatforms,asappropriateforspecificcritical roles
- ReviewonlineCV’stopre-screencandidatesagainstpre-agreed criteria
- Sendrecruitingemailsandfollowupwithcandidatesonsuitabilityandinterestinrelevant roles
- Proactivelysearchforreferralsfrominternalandexternalnetworksforcritical roles
- LogcandidateinformationonrelevantApplicantTrackingSystem(ATS)andotherinternal databases
- Bringideasandpracticestoimprovedirectsourcingactivitiesandteam capability
- Contributeandfeedintomeasureandreportonrecruitingmetrics,likesourceofhireandtime-to- fill
- ReportstotheUSISourcingAssistant Manager
- EnsurecompliancewithQRSfirstlineofdefenseactivitiesandappropriateDataProtectionlegislationatall times.

Qualifications
Required:
- AnyGraduatedegreewith2-4yearsofrelevant experience
- ProvenworkexperienceasaSourcingSpecialist,Sourcerorsimilar role
- Hands-onexperiencewithApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS’s)andotherHumanResourcesInformation Systems and
