As our MEP Head, you will be the driving force behind the execution of our building services:
End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and STP/WTP) across our premium projects.
Value Engineering: Review and optimize MEP designs to ensure cost-efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with national building codes (NBC) without compromising quality.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise MEP contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to safety standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct strict in office quality checks and audits to ensure flawless execution and seamless handover to operations/facilities teams.
Liaisoning:



Coordinate with local government bodies and authorities for necessary MEP approvals and utility connections.

Who We Are Looking For:
The Industry Expert: A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with extensive experience exclusively in the Real Estate/Developer sector (experience with high-rise residential group housing projects is highly preferred).
The Strategist: Proven expertise in managing large-scale MEP budgets, contracts, and billing.
The Leader: Exceptional leadership skills to mentor site engineers and collaborate seamlessly with architects, project managers, and executive leadership.
