Accountability Design and Planning Inputs
- Provide technical expertise in the design and development of MEP systems, ensuring that all aspects meet the project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Ensure MEP designs are coordinated with other disciplines such as civil, structural, and architectural.
- Review and approve all MEP drawings and specifications.

- Oversee MEP operations on-site, managing contractors, vendors, and resources.
- Ensure that MEP activities are conducted in compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control measures for MEP installations and ensure systems are tested and inspected before commissioning.
- Ensure all work is performed to the required quality standards, including testing, commissioning, and handover. Resource Management
- Manage MEP project resources (including manpower, materials, and equipment).
