Role & responsibilities

Key Objectives:
- Establishing Tata iQ as a Data, Analytics and AI Thought Partner and end to end analytics solution provider
- Own the delivery of data, analytics and AI solutions, ensuring (a) business value for the client (b) effective and sustainable internal operations, i.e., meeting threshold contribution margin
- Demand creation for data, analytics and AI solutions

Key Responsibilities:

The focus of this role is to partner with Tata Group Companies in their data & analytics maturity journey. It will involve an understanding of business objectives, translation into analytics solutions, value proposition and business case building, proposal creation & discussion, program management of analytics projects, change management for adoption, and measurement of business value.
- Data, Analytics & AI Subject Matter Expertise
- Recommendation to the Client on the relevant best practices in analytics and AI
- Conceptualization of the analytics projects business use-cases basis Client business objectives
- Solution Design,



and detailed plan with activities and timelines
- Efficiently partner with the data and analytics skills & capabilities available with the Client and Tata iQ
- Analytics & AI Business Partner
- Gathering of requirements from business teams across the Client organization
- Transforming requirements into data driven project solutions
- Coordination across stakeholders for synergy
- Hand holding functional users in deployment of solutions
- Solution Delivery
- End to end ownership of delivery, including program management of projects
- Detailing out the identified projects into subtasks, assigning responsibility matrix and timelines
- Monitoring the progress of projects and providing feedback to management
- Applying the best practices in project management
- Demand Creation
- Understand the business objectives of group companies, to identify and propose data, analytics and AI solutions
- Proposal creation, discussion and finalis
