About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Production Manager to lead one of our AI-powered content production pipelines. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of AI-generated creatives, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and turnaround time.
You will manage a production team, optimize workflows, solve production bottlenecks, and leverage the latest AI tools to improve how content is created and delivered. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building systems, leading people, and turning fast-moving creative ideas into high-quality outputs at scale.

What You Will Own:
- Delivery on the account: end-to-end quality and consistency of AI-generated ad creatives (video and image), from brief to final QC
- Team leadership: manage and guide the existing production team; unblock people, keep the pipeline moving, keep morale up under deadline pressure
- Pipeline efficiency: identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and fix them; improve turnaround time without letting quality slip
- Quality control: be the final gate before creatives go out the door
- Automation: build lightweight tools/automations to cut down repetitive manual work in the pipeline (see requirements below)
