Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchases, expenses, bank reconciliation)
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Supervise billing, invoicing, and payment collections

2. Compliance & Government Licenses
- Handle all statutory registrations and renewals (GST, Shop Act, Professional Tax, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and filing deadlines
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals and documentation

3. Audits & Taxation
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Prepare and finalize data for audits
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

4. Legal, Property & Agreements
- Manage property-related matters including lease agreements, registrations, and renewals
- Draft, review, and maintain business agreements and contracts




- Coordinate with legal advisors for documentation and dispute resolution

5. Administration & Coordination
- Supervise accounts staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants (CA, CS, legal advisors), and internal teams
- Maintain records of licenses, agreements, and financial documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
- CA / Inter CA / CMA preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and administration
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory laws
- Experience handling government licenses and audits
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
- Positive understanding of legal documentation and property dealings
