Job Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end dry bulk commercial operations in strict compliance with Charter Party agreements.
- Track voyage progress and vessel performance, closely monitoring ETAs, ETBs, ETDs, and port operations.
- Administer post-fixture financials and documentation, including laytime calculations, NOR/SOF validations, bunker procurement, and PDA reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison between owners, charterers, port agents, surveyors, and terminal operators to ensure seamless voyage execution.
- Safeguard regulatory and contractual compliance, adhering to Charter Party clauses, maritime laws, and internal procedures.
- Generate operational intelligence, delivering voyage reports, MIS data, and resolving demurrage, despatch, and cargo claims.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Maritime, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years' Experience in dry bulk vessel operations.
- Good understanding of Charter Parties, laytime calculations, port operations, and dry bulk cargoes.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
