Business Development Specialist — US/UK/Canada Accounting & CPA Firms

Crestsix is an accounting outsourcing and offshoring firm supporting CPA firms, bookkeeping practices, and accounting teams across the US, UK, and Canada with white-label bookkeeping, workflow design, and AI-driven automation. We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive our next phase of growth.

What you'll own:

Lead generation — identifying and reaching out to CPA firms, bookkeeping practices, and accounting businesses across the US, UK, and Canada through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outreach you know works)

Conversion — this is the core of the role. We need someone who can carry a lead from first contact through to a signed client, not just fill a pipeline

Building and maintaining relationships with prospective firm owners and decision-makers

Clearly communicating Crestsix's white-label model and value proposition to a CPA-firm audience that already understands the accounting outsourcing space

What we're looking for:





Proven experience in business development or sales specifically targeting CPA firms, accounting practices, or bookkeeping businesses in the US, UK, or Canada

A track record of converting outreach into actual signed clients, not just booked calls

Robust written and verbal communication — you'll be representing Crestsix directly to firm owners

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

Reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop

Familiarity with the accounting/bookkeeping outsourcing space is a strong plus — knowing tools like QBO, Xero, or similar is helpful context, even though this isn't a technical role

Open to both part-time and full-time arrangements depending on the right fit

Compensation structure open to discussion — base plus performance incentives tied to conversions

Remote, work with flexibility across time zones to reach US/UK/Canada prospec
