The Diploma Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) Support Senior, technicians, or supervisors with daily operations, project execution, and maintenance. will receive practical training while supporting the Mechanical Maintenance team Production team in maintaining production equipment, tools, dies, and jigs. The trainee will learn preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine maintenance under the supervision of experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, tools, dies, and jigs.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment while strictly following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support troubleshooting activities during production.
Assist with the maintenance of press machines and CNC bending machines.
Support routine inspection of production equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and daily check sheets.
Learn basic machining processes including lathe, milling, and surface grinding.
Follow company safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Participate in technical training and on-the-job learning.
Mandatory Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and manufacturing processes.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Strong willingness to learn equipment maintenance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferable Qualifications
Internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting.
Basic knowledge of press machines, CNC bending machines, or tooling.
Basic English communication skills.
