About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager with a robust background in the Tobacco/Pan Masala industry to oversee end-to-end business operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of manufacturing, sales operations, distribution, regulatory compliance, procurement, and strategic business planning. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall business operations across manufacturing, sales, procurement, logistics, and administration.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
- Oversee production planning to ensure quality standards, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
- Monitor sales performance, distribution networks, and market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, legal,



and regulatory requirements related to the tobacco industry.
- Prepare annual budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with senior management to establish business objectives and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the Tobacco/Pan Masala industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
