Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Institutional Equity Sales
professional to drive client coverage and revenue growth across the APAC region. The successful candidate will leverage deep institutional relationships, robust market knowledge, and close collaboration with research, trading, and capital markets teams to deliver differentiated investment ideas and execution solutions to institutional investors.

This is a client-facing role requiring a proven ability to originate business, strengthen strategic relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the firm's equity franchise across Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with institutional investors, including long-only asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and other institutional clients across APAC.




- Drive cash equities sales revenue by identifying investment opportunities and delivering high-quality trade ideas aligned with client investment strategies.
- Partner closely with Equity Research analysts, Sales Trading, ECM, Corporate Access, and Trading teams to provide differentiated insights and execution capabilities.
- Proactively market research, thematic investment ideas, IPOs, block trades, placements, and other equity capital market transactions.
- Coordinate and facilitate corporate access meetings, roadshows, conferences, and investor events.
- Monitor market developments, macroeconomic trends, sector dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant market intelligence to clients.
- Identify new client opportunities and contribute to expanding the firm's institutional client base across the region.
