VapusData is building an agentic AI operating system for enterprise data governance, orchestration, and finance workflow automation. As we scale, we're looking for a Project Manager to bring structure and speed to how we ship - and to own how our platform gets delivered, set up, and run inside our enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Own project timelines across product, engineering, and content teams — track deliverables, flag blockers, keep things moving

• Run sprint planning and daily stand-ups, translate roadmap priorities into clear execution plans

• Write documentation for different features and product

• Coordinate between engineering and product teams to keep everyone aligned on scope and deadlines

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports for leadership

• Identify risks early and drive resolution before they become fires

• Work directly with cross-functional leads on high-priority initiatives

Working with our customers

• Be the point of contact along with the product team for the customer once a project starts regular calls,



explicit updates, and quick answers when something goes wrong

• Co-ordinate deployment of our platform inside the customer's setup, whether that is on our cloud, their private cloud, or their own servers along with the Engineering Dept.

• Along with the product team run the customer live: access and account setup, connecting their ERP and banking systems, moving their data in, clearing their security and IT checks, running testing with their team, and training them

• Handle customization requests. Work out what we can already do with existing settings, what should become a feature for everyone, and what genuinely needs custom work for that one customer

• Protect the base product. Keep a record of what has been built specially for whom, so custom work doesn't quietly turn our core product into ten different versions

• Track which customer is running which version of the platform, and plan upgrades so no
