- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.

- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stockroom organization.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management (BHM/IHM).
- Robust knowledge of QSR/Cafe/Restaurant management principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
