Looking for a dynamic and technically inclined Graduate Engineer Trainee – Chemical to support manufacturing operations at our Sarigam, Vapi plant. The candidate will work closely with Production, Process, Quality, and EHS teams to understand and optimize chemical processes involved in industrial textile manufacturing.

The role provides an opportunity for fresh Chemical Engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in plant operations, process control, chemical management, quality improvement, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities: Production & Process Operations
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain consistent product quality.
- Understand various chemical processes involved in industrial textile production.
- Support production activities as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with senior engineers and operators for process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze process deviations and support corrective actions.

Chemical Handling & Process Control




- Ensure protected handling, storage, and usage of chemicals as per safety guidelines.
- Monitor chemical consumption and support optimization of chemical usage.
- Maintain chemical dosing records and process documentation.
- Understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and chemical handling procedures.
- Support trials and improvement projects related to chemicals and processes.

Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Work with Quality team to ensure product specifications are maintained.
- Assist in identifying root causes of process and quality issues.
- Participate in process improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.
- Collect and analyze production/process data for improvement activities.

Safety, Environment & Compliance
- Follow all plant safety rules, EHS guidelines, and work instructions.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and safe working practices.
