Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA/Supply Chain specialization is preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Upstream Flow Supervisor to lead supply chain transformation initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supplier risk management, and digitalization. The role will drive upstream supply chain excellence by implementing advanced inventory planning models, enhancing supplier collaboration, improving planning processes, and leveraging digital technologies such as AI and Oracle-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in inventory management, replenishment planning, supplier development, process improvement, ERP systems, and digital transformation within a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Manage inventory planning and optimization across Business Units (BUs).
- Drive inventory actions and reporting to achieve inventory targets.
- Implement and manage inventory frameworks such as LTC, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), FTWZ, and inventory rebalancing initiatives.
- Develop and implement advanced replenishment models to improve material availability while minimizing inventory costs.
- Monitor and improve inventory KPIs including DIN (Days Inventory) and NIN (Net Inventory).
2. Supply Chain Digital Transformation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain.
- Drive automation and AI-based projects to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process digitization using Oracle ERP and other digital supply chain tools.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions.
