About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow ITOM Developer
with strong expertise in
ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM)
. You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform best practices, seamless integrations, and high-quality CMDB data.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across
ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, HAM, and SAM
.
- Configure and optimize
Discovery, MID Servers, Service Mapping (where applicable), and CMDB
.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows,



and custom applications.
- Build integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
.
- Implement and maintain
CSDM
and Data Foundation best practices to ensure CMDB health.
- Support Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and participate in upgrades and release management.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with
ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, ITSM, HAM, and SAM
.
- Strong knowledge of
CSDM, CMDB, and Data Foundation
.
- Experience configuring Discovery schedules, MID Servers, Discovery patterns, and troubleshooting.
- Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scrip
