About the Role

You'll partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, monitor progress, maintain project documentation, and keep communication flowing between stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure priorities remain aligned.
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables while tracking overall project progress.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation so information remains accurate and accessible.
- Prepare weekly status reports,



dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workload management.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, or delays and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support project execution.
- Assist with project budgeting, purchase requests, and administrative activities where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in project coordination processes and documentation standards.

What You'll Bring
