- Prepare composite materials, including cutting and kitting.
- Perform hand lay-up and prepreg lay-up of composite materials.
- Operate autoclaves, ovens, and vacuum bagging equipment.
- Prepare molds and perform tool cleaning and maintenance.
- Trim, finish, and assemble composite components.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and identify defects.
- Handle and store composite materials as per company procedures.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE, and cleanroom protocols.
