About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of our Financial Crime Compliance (FinCrime) SaaS platform. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product features that align with business objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile product development environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog,



ensuring features are prioritized based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
- Define product vision and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX, Implementation, and Customer Success teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure sprint readiness.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Validate delivered features, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
