Position Overview:

The MEA Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll for employees in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role ensures that payroll is processed accurately and on time,



in compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Payroll Specialist will also handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to the HR and Finance teams.

Youll make a difference by:

1. Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payroll for employees in the MEA region, Specific to Africa region Like Ivory Coast, Algeria, Nigeria, Angola, Sierra Leone, Libya, Jordon, Mauritania
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, allowances, bonuses, and other compensations.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions such as taxes, social security, and pension contributions.

2. Compliance Statutory Administration
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports as required by local authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

3. Data Management
- Maintain accurate pay
