In this role, you will interact with startups, SMEs, and corporate clients, understand their office space requirements, and guide them through the entire sales journey—from generating leads to contacting them and guiding them through completion process of space leasing. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable conventional or managed office solutions.
- Schedule meetings and office visits with prospective clients.
- Conduct workspace tours and explain the features, facilities, and perks of our office spaces.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.




- Convert qualified leads into customers by providing the right solutions and building trust.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on workspace availability, pricing, and company offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with the management team to support business growth.
