About the Role

The Product Expert – Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and optimizing Talent Acquisition systems, primarily Workday and Eightfold,



along with related technologies. This role involves working closely with product teams and stakeholders, including the Talent Acquisition CoE, to ensure HR technology solutions align with business processes, architectural principles, and organizational priorities. The role requires a robust blend of HR functional expertise and technical capability in Workday HCM and Recruitment modules to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-value solutions for end users. The incumbent will also ensure seamless system performance, manage releases and updates, and drive continuous improvement across the talent acquisition technology landscape.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define, implement, and optimize Talent Acquisition systems (Workday, Eightfold, and related tools).

• Provide technical and functional guidance to stakeholders to ensure solutions align with HR business processes
