This is a Marketing & Ecommerce Role :

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across product, operations, and marketing execution, ensuring that ideas move quickly from planning to execution and has some previous ecommerce experience.

E-commerce Channel Operations, TikTok & Shopify Management

Store & Catalog operations
- Own day-to-day operations for the US store — catalog, collections, variants, pricing, bundles, and promotions.
- Maintain discount/coupon hygiene — codes, eligibility, expiry, and stacking rules — so nothing leaks margin or breaks at checkout.
- Keep the store technically healthy: working integrations, apps, and payment gateways, with no broken links, assets, or redirects.
- Raise tickets on Ecommerce channels whenever

Order, fulfillment & post-purchase operations




- Coordinate the order-to-delivery flow with the warehouse/3PL and shipping partners; track and resolve stuck, delayed, or failed orders.
- Manage returns, refunds and keep post-purchase communication in check with the agency (order confirmation, shipping, tracking, delivery) accurately.
- Respond to customer queries to close the loop on order-related tickets and recurring complaints.

Product Detail Page Hygiene
- Ensure all PDP media is correct, high-quality, and renders cleanly on mobile and desktop.
- Verify product claims are accurate and compliant for the US market
- Make sure reviews, ratings, and trust elements display correctly; flag and fix missing or broken content.

Conversion & CRO (Across D2C & Ecommerce)
- Own the funnel from traffic → PDP → cart → checkout; diagnose drop-offs across homepage, collections, PDPs, cart, and checkout.
- Run and assist with A/B tests on landing pages, offers, bundles, pricing, and product messaging.
