We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Coordinator to lead and support CSR-driven training and development initiatives across Howrah and Durgapur. The role involves mobilizing students, coordinating daily operations at training centers, and supporting placements, with a strong focus on community engagement and effective program execution.
Project Coordinator need to engage in outreach efforts to create awareness about the
courses.
He/she should build and maintains relationships with schools, colleges, community
organizations like Village Panchayats and other relevant stakeholders to generate and
manage students database.
Planning, organising and conducting mobilization activity with other team members.
Need to provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration,
orientation, and addressing any concerns or challenges students may face during
training.




Evaluate impact and effectiveness of mobilization efforts and provide regular reports or
feedback to the Reporting Manager.
Overseeing day to day activity likes of monitoring students attendance, training delivery,
MIS reporting etc.
He/she need to support placement team on few local placement lead generation,
placement tracking etc.

Skills & Experience: -
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands
in a timely manner.
Basic computer skills.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field (preferably in the surrounding
areas)
