HR Operation / Recruitment Executive with 2-5 years exp Vasai- Virar Mumbai

Role Summary:

This role combines three areas -

1. HR Recruitment - workforce planning, job postings, consultant coordination, resume screening, HR interviews, offer management and on-boarding

2. HR Operations - attendance/leave/payroll coordination, performance reviews, employee engagement and retention, exit formalities, HR policy and compliance, employer branding and HR marketing content, hiring campaigns

3. Project Coordination - project kick-off meetings, MoM preparation, weekly project reviews, coordination between management/clients/design team, risk escalation, client satisfaction and testimonial interviews

Note: Administrative execution (travel bookings, routine social media posting, invoice generation, data entry, office support)



is handled separately by our Back Office Executive and is not part of this role.
