Role Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders,



aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals at HummingBird’s on-site office in Ahmedabad. This full-time role includes overseeing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices across teams. The HRBP will collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and change management, while promoting a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving employee concerns, guiding managers on HR best practices, partnering with leadership on organizational design, and coordinating HR programs that support engagement and retention. The HRBP will also work closely with HR and operations teams to enhance processes and contribute to a culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement.
