We are taking a strategic leap to launch EVINDIA Garage to position ourselves as the premier authority and facilitator in the Delhi EV two-wheeler ecosystem. To solve consumer friction points, we are introducing a unique aggregator model offering long-term test rides and a robust after-sales service guarantee.
The Role
We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Business Development lead to spearhead our Delhi expansion. This is a hybrid role. For the first six months, you will act as a high-velocity BD leader, building hype and closing initial dealer partnerships. Once our physical garage construction is complete, you will transition into the General Manager of the location, capitalising on the foot traffic and momentum you built.
Phase 1 Mandate: Pre-Launch Hustle (Months 1-6)
- Lead the rollout of our service guarantee pilot by partnering with targeted dealers within a specific pin-code radius.
- Coordinate public figure collaborations and seeding to create an initial viral buzz.
- Aggressively market our service plans across the entire city to build a massive "FOMO" effect and a Delhi-wide waiting list.
- Track local EV policy changes and maintain daily on-ground execution workflows.
Phase 2 Mandate: Post-Launch Retail Operations (Month 7 Onwards)
- Manage the physical EVINDIA Garage store, maintaining its highly aesthetic, premium interior design.
- Oversee the daily execution of long-term test rides, helping consumers experience firsthand how an EV fits into their specific lifestyle.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the in-house creative team and local execution team.
