We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Product Management Executive to support product development, project execution, market research, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational, analytical, and communication skills and be capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management
- Assist in product planning, development, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate new product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Quality teams.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Identify project risks and support problem-solving initiatives.
Market Research & Business Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
- Analyze industry trends and prepare business reports.
- Support strategic planning for new product development.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Schedule meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and project milestones.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project trackers and product documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards and presentations for management review.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and version control.
Vendor & Procurement Support
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
