Hiring Business Operations Manager

Shubhshree Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking for a proactive, results-driven, execution-focused Business Operations Manager. The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes, monitoring business performance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across all business functions. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, analytical, and operational management skills with the ability to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and SOPs.
- Monitor departmental performance against business goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Prepare business performance reports, MIS, dashboards, and operational reviews.




- Ensure timely execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Maintain confidential business information, records, and documentation with the highest level of professionalism.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide department managers to achieve operational objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Coordinator, or in a similar leadership support role. .
- Experience working directly with Senior Management or business leaders is preferred.
